Full-time and Part-time Customer Service Representatives needed to take inbound phone calls for national utility billing company located in Logan. You will be taking payments and explaining utility bills to different tenants. Must be able to commit to at least 8-12 months of employment. .

Meter Data Managers are responsible for retrieving meter reads for Conservice clientele from various web meter reading systems. These meter reads are essential in many services that we provide for our clients and for internal processes that affect multiple departments. The Meter Data Systems Support Manager is responsible for these responsibilities as well as troubleshooting technical problems that are encountered with these meter reading systems. We are looking for a self-motivated individual, that enjoys challenges and problem-solving. While this individual will be working with the Meter Data Managers, the chosen candidate will primarily be working to secure connections with varying meter reading systems used by our clients.
Research/set up daily meter reads process for new system types identified during the implementation process.
Pulling meter reads from various meter read system web portals
Troubleshoot connectivity issues with said meter read systems
Add meter reads to internal server
Communicate regularly to varying departments regarding meter reads and developing scripts.
Communicate regularly with property managers and other property personnel exclusively to troubleshoot their devices and connectivity.
Manage meter read inquiries
