"NAS Team Members" or "New Account Specialists" work closely with our clients, are extremely detail orientated, maintain fantastic communication on the phone and through email, meet deadlines that can’t be met, and are truly amazing at what they do. When a client first starts using Conservice, the NAS team is there to make sure the on-boarding is as smooth as possible.

*Call and connect with new clients, welcoming them to Conservice
*Make sure that we are there for them when they need us, ready for any of their questions
*Send clients email requests for needed information
*Input this information into custom made company software
*Follow a checklist to make sure that everything is getting done the way that it needs to be
*Give the best customer service that we possibly can; first impressions are very important
·*Make sure that all state and city regulations are being followed when setting up properties
*Double check that apartment resident information matches in all different databases
*Work closely with other departments to ensure smooth transitions
Measurement tools are in place to ensure that someone is the right fit in this department, as well as a hands-on, in depth training!
